If you already have a grounding in basic baking but would like to learn some more complicated recipes this is the course for you.
With a passion for baking, a craving for all things sweet and a dusting of flour you can create a fine selection of baked beauties. This course is a celebration of delicious ingredients as you travel through a range of baking techniques. From the secrets to a perfect scone to adorning your cake stand with sweet delights, discover these timeless, delicious baked treats that are perfect to enjoy with a refreshing pot of tea with family and friends.
At the end of your baking day you will leave with treats to take home, recipes that you can replicate at home and of course your own Malton Cookery School apron as a souvenir of your day.
Arrive at the Malton Cookery School at 10 am for tea & coffee while Gilly, your tutor will talk you through the day and issue you with your aprons and menu packs.
Dishes are prepared and eaten throughout the day.
Your day concludes at 2pm - Remember to take your apron and menu packs with you so you can replicate the dishes at home!
Course includes: All ingredients, menu pack, apron and a glass of wine or two!
Accommodation is available at the Talbot Hotel just 2 minutes from the Malton Cookery School.
